The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful . The Staff were friendly and helpful and especially the three ladies on Reception , a special thanks to Sovana, Dom and Nui . Pool beach towels were provided as well as a beach mat and an umbrella . Kata and Karon beach easy to walk to and the location is in the middle of restaurants , bars , markets , convenience stores .

The hotel stays between the best beaches, and it's pretty fast to arrive. Nearby there are a lot of stores/restaurants. Very nice cost/benefit.

The room was really nice. A big clean bed. An en/suite. A balcony, a fridge. The hotel is in a fantastic position, ten minutes walk to either Kata or Karon beach. Restaurant's and bars just around the corner. Free use of brollies ( for when it rains ) Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable stay . Exceptional value for money. Booked for 1 night and ended up staying for 5 nights .All facilities are available and the breakfast is so hearty it's as good as a heavy brunch.Staff is very cooperative and helpful. I'd recommend this property as it is in walking distance of 2 beaches Kata and Karon beach and is easily accessible to the main street.

Location was ideal! Close to restaurants and Kata Markets and close enough to Kata Beach! Our room was large and very comfortable with everything we required for our stay! The host, Sasa was awesome! Thank you!

Amazing location in Kata beach. Short walk to both Kata and Karon beach. Really nice pool, rooms are very clean and spacious, breakfast was very good, we always had left over for lunch. Staff were very helpful.

Stayed here for 7 nights and it was quite good. Good price can't moan. Not far to walk to the centre and beach takes maybe 10 mins

Perfect location and clean room. The only thing was that the towels don't get changed daily and the internet was getting updated so we didn't have proper internet.
